Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Booking and Payment

Before you purchase a retreat, we provide clear information about the service, total price, payment terms, cancellation rights, and refund conditions. A booking is confirmed only after full payment or a deposit as stated at checkout.

2. Cancellation by the Participant

You may cancel your booking by writing to info@shatterscenery.com. The following refund schedule applies, unless a specific retreat page states otherwise:

• More than 30 days before the start: full refund minus any non-refundable deposit or third-party fees.
• 15–30 days before the start: 50% refund of the total price.
• Less than 15 days before the start: no refund.

3. Cancellation by the Organizer

If we cancel a retreat, you will receive a full refund of all amounts paid. We are not liable for additional costs such as travel or visa fees.

4. Refunds

Approved refunds are processed within 14 calendar days to the original payment method. Bank fees may apply. Refunds are made in the currency of the original payment.

5. Non-refundable Items

Non-refundable items include: visa fees, insurance premiums, airline tickets, and any services already rendered. These are clearly marked at the time of booking.

6. Dispute Resolution

If you have a complaint, please contact us first. You have the right to apply to the State Service of Ukraine for Food Safety and Consumer Protection (Derzhprodspozhyvsluzhba) and to use out-of-court dispute resolution as provided by the Law of Ukraine No. 3153-IX 'On Consumer Protection' dated 10.06.2023.
