Straight answers about deposits, what a retreat price covers, and how we handle cancellations.
Send the booking enquiry on this page or call the office. A 30% deposit holds your place, and the balance is due 21 days before arrival. A place is confirmed only once the deposit clears.
Groups stay between 8 and 14 guests, and every soak session runs with a guide from the local thermal station. Smaller groups keep the pools quiet and let us slow the pace on any morning you need.
Transfers from Lviv, accommodation in a mountain guesthouse, all guided thermal and spa sessions, breakfast and dinner with produce from nearby farms, and spring entries listed in the itinerary. Travel to Ukraine and individual treatments are booked separately.

Swimwear, sandals and a warm layer for the walk back. Towels, robes and lockers are provided at each spring, and the water sits between 36 °C and 42 °C depending on the source.
Our retreats support relaxation and general well-being, not medical treatment. If you are pregnant or manage a heart condition, blood pressure or limited mobility, speak with your doctor first and tell us at booking so we can plan the pace. Details are in our disclaimer.
