Terms of Service
1. General
These Terms govern shatterscenery.com and retreat bookings by shatterscenery.com (PE, EDRPOU 02340539), 15 Horodotska St, Lviv, 79007, Ukraine. They comply with Law of Ukraine No. 675-VIII 'On Electronic Commerce' dated 03.09.2015, Article 7 of the Law of Ukraine 'On Electronic Commerce', and Law of Ukraine No. 3153-IX 'On Consumer Protection' dated 10.06.2023.
2. Booking & Price
Before purchase we give clear service, price, payment and cancellation information. A contract forms when we confirm by email.
3. Payment
Pay via checkout methods. A deposit secures your place; balance due before the start date in your confirmation.
4. Cancellation & Refunds
Cancel free up to 30 days before start; later cancellations may incur charges. Refunds within 14 days to the original payment method. Statutory rights under Law of Ukraine No. 3153-IX 'On Consumer Protection' dated 10.06.2023 remain.
5. Tourism
Tourism details and full tour terms per Law of Ukraine No. 324/95-VR 'On Tourism' dated 15.09.1995.
6. Wellness
Wellness activities are non-medical; no medical claims, per Law of Ukraine No. 270/96-VR 'On Advertising' dated 03.07.1996.
7. Personal Data
We process personal data under Law of Ukraine No. 3790-IX 'On Personal Data Protection' dated 25.04.2024. Non-essential cookies need consent. Exercise rights at info@shatterscenery.com.
8. Liability
We are liable for direct damages caused by our fault, except where law limits liability. We are not liable for events beyond our control.
